- Monitoring of cytokine status during therapy Therefore researchers as well as clinicians have access to an excellent tool for fast and reliable investigation of the parameters of host immunity.
AID has recently established a new iSpot reader with dual capability (analysis of conventional colorimetric EliSpot assay as well as new fluorescence based dual color Fluorescent assays (Red/Cy3 and green /FITC labels).
Given that no hardware manipulation will be required for switching between colorimetric and fluorescent assay analysis, AID is now launching a new era of EliSpot technology!
